Family Information
Hastiar Anwar is a hard working man who is doing his best to support his family. He is currently working three jobs in an effort to earn enough money to build a home with a better environment for his sons. Despite taking on all of those jobs, he realizes the importance of giving back and volunteers as a music teacher for underprivileged children.
Hastiar is requesting a $5,000 loan from EFI, which will allow him to add a second story to his mother’s home in Sulaymaniyah. The second story will provide a safe, affordable haven for his wife, Shireen, and their two sons, Hazheer, 15 and Hasti, 7.
At the moment, they are renting a three-room apartment they cannot afford and are sharing a single bedroom between the four of them. They eagerly look forward to the day when they can have a home of their own.
